Terms & Conditions

On Payment policy will be issued in the name of Farmer / Organisation. The policy is valid for one calender year. (i.e. from 1-4-2005 to 31-3-2006)

In the event of any claim, insured has to inform the insurance company addressing sr. Div. manager. The reasons for mortality should be cetified by a veterinary doctor / Govt institution. On receipt of claim report company deputes surveyor or the claim will be settled subject to satisfaction of details within fortnight subject to complying all formalities i.e., claim intimation report, post mortem report by the veterinary doctor etc.
