The Rottweiler is a handsome impressive dog. It is descended from one of the Drover Dogs of Ancient Rome. It is shorthaired and seen in black colour with tan to mahogany brown markings. Stands 53-68 cms. It is highly affectionate, intelligent, obedient and very faithful. It is an excellent family dog, good with children and enjoys human company. Easy to train and good guard dog. Daily brushing and weekly foot and ear inspection is required
