Only embryo culture system could provide the opportunity to observe the day to day development of chicks during entire incubation period. The present experiment was conducted with an aim to study about hatching observation in relation to feet/legs (20-21days) in ex-vivo embryo culture system in chicken. A total of 233 fertile eggs of IC-3, medium body size broiler populations aged between 32 to 35 weeks, obtained through natural mating were set in different experiments using ex-vivo embryo culture technique. A total of 97 chicks were the hatched hatching observations in relation to position of feet/legs revealed that in the maximum number of embryos right feet/legs (49.48%) was visible followed by visibility of left feet/legs (21.64%), neither feet/leg visible (19.58%), feet/leg between head and shell (8.24%) and both feet/leg visible (1.03%).
