Sunflower meal (SFM) was incorporated in broiler diets by replacing soyabean meal at 0, 33, 66 and 100% levels with or without enzyme mixture on iso-proteinic and iso-caloric basis. Day-old commercial cobb male broiler chicks were randomly distributed in 8 treatment groups of 30 in each with three replicates in each treatment and the experiment was carried out for 42 days. Based on the economic traits, carcass traits and hematological constituents, the sunflower meal can safely be included by replacing soybean meal up to 33 and 66% without and with enzyme mixture respectively in broiler diets to get the better performance.
