A study was conducted using thirty Single Comb White Leghorn layers to evaluate the effect of cellulase supplementation at three different levels in high fiber diet on intestinal viscosity in comparison with standard and high fiber control diets. The intestinal viscosity in cellulase supplemented treatment groups was significantly (P<0.01) lower than that of standard layer ration and high fiber layer ration (HFLR) fed groups. However, intestinal viscosity in HFLR control fed group was significantly (P<0.01) higher when compared with all other treatments.
