Innoves Animal Health Private Limited is a new entrant in Indian Animal Health Industry. Innoves is new venture started in the month of March 2010 by group of techno-commercial professionals having more than 100 years of experience together in leading animal health companies in India. As per plan, Innoves will be having more than 100 employees in the company and out of which around 80% strength would in sales and marketing only
Dr Maneesh K Gupta, Managing Director of Innoves says our mission is to become the first choice of customers in Treatment, Productivity, Prevention and Diagnostic field of Indian animal health industry through Innovative Solutions and Quality services.
The key business lines of Innoves would be Dairy, Poultry, and companion animal health care segments. Innoves would be introducing products in all these three segments. Apart from this it would be the first Idian company to offer in Veterinary diagnostics (real time testing).These services would be provided through Vetlab (India’s first professionally managed private veterinary diagnostic lab) which is part of Innoves sister company Happypet Solutions Private Limited
“Our products would be available in the market form Month of May, 2010. Initially we would be introducing dairy range followed by poultry and then companion animal range. We have started our operation with CRM activities in field”, says Dr Avinash Srivastava, Head-Marketing & Technical Services
Innoves has tied up with three leading manufacturing partners who have rich experience in veterinary pharmaceuticals manufacturing. Innoves have tied up with these manufacturers looking into their capabilities and experience in quality veterinary manufacturing.
According to Raj Gera, Dairy Business Head, “We mean to offer Innovative, High Quality premium products to Indian veterinarians and farmers and would be looking for such collaboration internationally which can add value to our product portfolio and offerings”.
Innoves has tied up with CID Lines, Belgium which is a well known name in field of biosecurity products. This is one of the segment where there is huge potential because India as a country in field of milk hygiene / food hygiene still have to go a long way. Innoves will build biosecurity and hygiene concept in poultry and dairy segments through this relationship.
“It’s a company own & managed by group of professionals who have contributed in equity as well as work as employees. We are adequately financed to meet the initial capital requirement. However many investors / PE players have approached us and shown interest in our venture and discussions are on. We don’t see any challenge in terms of finances”, adds Dr Maneesh.
